Looking for a wheel refinisher in the Los angeles Area

I have a set of wheels that I want to get refinished. Fix curb rash, powder coat and possible explore other finishes like a machined finish. Let me know who you recommend and don't recommend. Anywhere in Los Angeles or greater Los Angeles area.
