Progressive LED shift lights (ferrari like)

Anybody seen this product? There are three wires, anybody have a clue how to wire. I was thinking of mounting under dash top or on top on steerin hub. Cheap $142! How hard to wire?

Yes! Looks great. Do you have any wiring instructions? Did you just tie into the tach in the wiring harness that hooks up to the cluster?

power, ground and tach' yes. with a little modification you can do other inputs as well as data logger:biggrin:

Pretty sure I did this first, Nov 2007:

We used the curved version, after printing out the cutout from ecliptech's site, and verifying fitment.

On my installation, the shift light is wired through the SRS reel, so it turns with the steering wheel.

There is a tacho signal on the cluster harness, I don't remember the wire color, but it's in the shop manual.

I remember when you first did it, you were keeping the details on what it even was a secret! LoL
