question regarding aftermarket steering wheel and what is needed

Besides hub specific to nsx do I need a second hub that bolts to steering wheel? I am confused if there is second part I need to bolt to hub. I know I need quick release attachment if I want quick release but what if I don't want quick release? I am about to buy used aftermarket steering wheel and it doesn't come with anything besides steering wheel itself.

I’m not 100% certain but I believe the only time you need a “second” hub is when you are doing the tilt or quick release. If you don’t want either option you should just need a NSX specific hub and you can attach your steering wheel to that.

Out of curiosity what aftermarket wheel are you going with?

you don't need a second hub. just the adapter hub and from there it is pretty much universal.
