Smog inspection in Seattle?

Any one of them will work. They are all pretty much the same. I'm sure none of them are testing NSX's all the time, so they will test yours like any other car. What year is yours? 1996 and up get OBDII test anyways. Just plug and play.
Otherwise, it's pipe up the exhaust. On a rear wheel drive car, they let you do the gas pedal yourself if they have to do the pipe up exhaust test.

Maybe I got lucky but I just bought an Oregon Nsx and didnt have to do smog. Fell outside the year requirement. It's a 93. Might be worth checking the rule book.
I thought all out of state title transfers to Washington State required emissions, unless you live in a non-emissions testing area?
Guess not. I live in tacoma and it was an easy process. No smog, pay tax and away I went.
