Maintenance History: I've owned this NSX for 16 years, acquired in 2007. It was previously owned by forum member caz-nsx. Search through John's old posts and mine for details on the mods to this NSX. It has been professionally maintained since I've owned it at Acura of Auburn. John had it serviced at a NH Acura dealer, Mechanics Direct in Lowell and performed some of the work himself. I have all maintenance records from both John and myself, which will go with the car.

No major maintenance has been required under my ownership. It is overdue (time) for timing belt/water pump. Recent oil change and professional detailing were performed last Fall when it was up for sale. At that same time a new Interstate battery was installed.

The car was listed on Bring a Trailer, did not meet reserve, but the high bidder and I reached an agreeable sale price. He paid for pre-purchase inspection at Acura of Auburn where no issues were found (other than TB/WP recommendation). The buyer backed out of the sale 2 weeks later, stating he'd found an NSX closer to home.

To the prospective owner: You are getting one hell of a tastefully modded 91. If you're a long time member of this forum and remember caz-nsx, you'll remember how passionate John was about this car. I nearly talked him out of selling it to me when I first saw his garage and how immaculate this NSX was.

It's always been winter garaged, covered (comes with the car), the Schumacher battery tender plugged in. Other than some parade laps at Lime Rock and some fast laps at Watkins Glen for Kids Day, the car has never been tracked. My reason for selling is I'm getting up there in years, it's becoming more and more difficult to enter and exit and I simply don't drive it much these days. It needs to go to a new owner who will drive it as it's meant to be driven and appreciate all it has to offer.

Besides the car cover, I've got an NSX bag, bras and some assorted parts that were on the car (rear window garnish, original engine cover, sill plates). The Bose stereo is original, repaired by one of the forum member specialists, as was the hvac fan unit. Believe it or not, there's an iPod cable in the console (I still have a click wheel iPod). A/C was converted under John's ownership, still blows cold.

You won't go wrong buying this NSX. It's been professionally maintained, never abused and needs to get some time on the road or track, not just going to car shows.

What original components do you have knocking around? Fat 5s? OEM plastic bits? Anything?

I do have the set of original 15/16 rims, still fitted with Dunlop tires. Note that these rims will not fit this car due to the brake kit. I've been planning on selling these separately unless a buyer insists they stay with the car.

As mentioned I also have the original sill plates, rear window garnish and engine cover. I also have the original fishing pole antenna. Anything else original to the car was sold by caz-nsx.
