Here is a revised link (see below). I have elected to try to sell the property myself. If anyone brings me a buyer that consumates the transaction with me I will pay a $10K finders fee. Waterfront property appreciates at a much faster rate then non waterfront proerty. WA state has not been as effected by the economic downturn as other states like CA, NV, AZ & FL because they did not have the dramatic value increases that some of these other states did.
