I am looking for a Gen1 Targa top, ideally one that is mechanically "all there" but otherwise maybe scratched/damaged or dented.
Background: I have a red '97 NSX-T that I would like to track. I have been told I need to have the Targa top in place during racing. With a helmet I am too tall to fit with the stock top in place. (I have already done the stock seat cushion removal mod - I still smash my head on the top.) I intend to modify the top (keep the stock latching, hollow out the insides, possibly cut a hole in the skin and 'glass over a "hump") for added clearance.
Not a rush, but want to prep for next season!
