The were all "pre-wired" with that DIN cable from the factory, which has a joint behind the driver's seat that seems to be fused in your case. I think all of the CD players were dealer add-ons, which is why you see them in all different locations.
Did you check for voltage on any of the pins at...
I love a happy ending. :) Charles is indeed excellent.
As a side note, no need for a lift to take out the rack. 4 Jack stands & a creeper do the trick nicely in and out, although it helps to have a second person to put the bolts in while you hold the rack in position. And you can just leave it...
Keeping the passenger seat? What a boat anchor! We're trying to reduce weight here! Next you'll want to reinstall the passenger door...
In fairness, it's always a compromise between weight loss and convenience. I went with the ATX30 myself, even though it is 6 lbs, for a little more reserve...
You had me at "lightest set of 17/18 wheels that have ever been installed on an NSX" & the anticipation is killing me awaiting the reveal. Impressive weight savings so far!
How much are you prioritizing weight vs. aesthetics? That GREYMRKT battery mount is adorable, but over a pound heavier...
Welcome to NSX ownership, and Prime. Looking forward to reading your new-owner thread. The car was so good, keeping it bone stock is a very reasonable move - The NSX really doesn't need anything (unless you got the fat 5's). The unadulterated ones are getting more and more rare. (y)(y)
The weather was beautiful in Dallas today. I was just driving mine around when I ran into a boatload of NSX's driving all over the place. Even an orange one with pop-ups! Must be some sort of convention or something.
I believe the GROM works with 1991-2005; it definitely worked with both my 1995 & my 01, and the stereo didn't change, so your 1997 should work. My 1995 stereo also had no mention of CD on the AM/FM button but you just press it one more time and CD comes up. Check your owner's manual. The...
Welcome to Prime and way to go making lemons to lemonade! How frustrating finding out a seller lied to you.
I look forward to hearing the next 0266 episode. Drooling over those BBS's.
So glad to hear you're back in business. We all know how frustrating it can be when the diagnosis is unclear. Good call replacing the regulator as well since it's cheap could cause similar symptoms, & of course a new fuel filter. For future reference with similar symptoms, it's hard to say...
Welcome to Prime!!! - so close to my birthplace in the Netherlands. Looking forward to following the exploits of another European NSX. They seem to be even more rare there.
Oranje boven!
Saint @Honcho? - patron saint of struggling mechanics? I'm sure @docjohn will have a quip.
Hi Arlo:
I'll try to look into this for you. I don't see any posts waiting for approval at this end either.
Unfortunately, forms on the internet aren't 100% reliable so it might be lost in cyberspace, but I'll get looking. Not a bad idea to type anything lengthy into a separate word processor...
Please post a picture of the item with a post-it including your username and the date, or we will be forced to take the listing down. Posting the weight might also be a good idea.
Unfortunately, so unruly folks have been trying to take advantage of the good graces of NSX Prime members. See...
I want to be clear so buyers know what they are getting. This is the airbag (in its cover) from a JDM Civic Type R, I believe, which has the same steering wheel and airbag as the S2000, RSX, and a couple other Hondas from that era. It will drop right into a S2000 steering wheel. This airbag and...
OK, NSXPO it is.
If anyone wants me to print one for them, send me a PM and $20 and I'll bring them down to Dallas with me. I like orange, but I can print in black as well.
Please review the rules for listing so we won't have to take it down. Unfortunately, there are scammers lurking about:

Moved.
Note: if you notice your mistake, it's easy to fix yourself. Just copy the thread content and then delete the original thread (bottom left of post) and paste into a new thread in the correct forum. Deleting the 1st post in a thread deletes the entire thread.
Depends on the trailer. You're right to be thinking about break-over angle, but you also need to consider your front lip hitting the ramp, or dragging on the ground behind if you back it in.
What is the load deck height & how long are your ramps? Most will need some kind of accomodation if the...
Welcome to Prime! You've scored an excellent specimen. :D
Looking forward to hearing more from you. Not a bad idea to post your (general) location in your profile and some NSX details in your sig. It will help people answer if you post questions.
Thanks for adding the prices! Have a look at a few other for-sale listings and I think you'll get the idea, but the policy is also new for Prime so we're still working out the bugs.
Basically, you need a picture showing a post-it note with your username and current date, next to the item or on...
Hi Mario:
Welcome to Prime!
Please review the rules for listing on Prime and edit your post so that we don't have to take it down. In particular, all items need a price and the pictures need to include a dated post-it showing your username. Unfortunately we've had some bad actors listing parts...
Actually, the thinner the sole of your shoes, the closer you'll be to the wheel. (Think about how far you'd have to move your seat back wearing platform shoes.) Racing shoes or barefoot for me. Even the thickness of Nike Waffles moves me back too far.
The NSX is made for people with shorter...
