Good day all! I was told that my 91 came with the CT supercharger in collaboration with Acura and CT back in the day. I’m in need of a new grooved idler pulley. Does anyone have any leads to where I can source a 6rib grooved idler pulley?

Thank you in advance! IMG_2442.jpeg

Do you have an old grooved pulley, and just need a new one, or are you looking for a missing part? If you have a reference part, you can send it to ZPE / griptec (https://www.zpegriptec.com/) and have them make you a new one. I think even if you don’t have a part and can figure out the diameter and offset, they could make you one from scratch as well.

I’ve had them make me 3 supercharger pulleys and an alternator pulley. All super high quality, reasonable prices, and very easy to work with. I sent them existing pulleys and the results were perfect

Also FWIW, you have a whipple 1600 blower (same as I do). It was in the early comptech / CT kits. Mines 5 rib though, wish it were 6! Belt slip is real
I didn’t know that I can also just change the bearing. I’m going this route instead, I just ordered a new bearing (NSK 6203V).
