Figured I'd throw my brain out there. I head up our company's social media management offering, right now we are currently managing 7 client's social media marketing efforts, full time. Two of them are fortune 500 companies.
Anyway, I know that social media can be pretty difficult to navigate and in my experience, a client usually approaches our firm after a large launch failure with the realization that social media can't be handled by "an intern".
That being said, if you have any questions, want some free advice, or need someone to bounce ideas off of, I'd be happy to help and share what I've learned, both the good and the bad.
