the 8 mile package will work perfectly with your 2002 style tail lights. With it you can get the reverse, brake , and turn all set up with leds.

Plug and play. The only modification is to the flasher relay which will defeat the hyperflash that I have documented here: http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php/196549-Flasher-Relay-Mods

5 years. I've sold a little over 300 kits combined (nsx,rx7, s2000) with approx 200k LEDs and have had less than 10 leds fail. Chances are you'll never have to worry about yours but in any case if you do these are easily repairable.
