I was routing a wire under the dash left of the steering column and heard an electric motor sound which was my headlights going up. They seem to be stuck there and won't retract. Is there a way to reset things and get them to drop?

Pilot Sport AS I have a set of the Michelins and find them to be a bit noisy with a definite drumming sound at freeway speeds, also not very compliant. An NSX owner likes his Pirelli P Zero Neros which I'm considering for my 97.
