I use Castrol GTX every 3000 miles, but I'd say that's not nearly as important as taking care of your car properly. Doing the recommended scheduled maintenance services (15k, 30k, etc...) even if the car is running perfect is important to me. And I'd say knowing how to drive properly doesn't...

Passed 300k last month, couldn't have made it this far without the help of Chris, Jeff, and the others at Science of Speed. I'm extremely fortunate to live literally 5 miles from their facility. The engine has never been rebuilt, it doesn't need it; still runs as good as the day I bought it.

Had mine for about 10 years and put 170,000 miles on it before this happened (see attached). So, yea, I feel like I got my moneys worth; and I did love the sound, which seems to be a love it or hate it type of thing. Notice the crack that developed and carried all the way across the muffler...

Good advice, mine failed at around 120,000 miles. Went ahead with the 4.23 gears along with the repair and loved the result.

The best vendor out there; I consider myself extremely lucky to be 10 minutes away from them. Chris has helped me out many times before for no reason at all. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
