What do you do when you buy a head unit off here and it does not work and the person that sold it to you does not want to do anything about it?

Does anyone know were to get the ac vents for the doors they are right above the window switches? I CALLED THE DEALER AND THEY SAY YOU CANT JUST GET THE VENTS YOU HAVE TO ORDER THE HOLE VENT AND TRIM PEACE.
