Hi Steve, The glossy blue wrap looks nice, it will definitely stand out amongst the other NC1's! I'm assuming TO= Toronto? If so, many NSX owners in the GTA are a part of the NSX Club of Canada. Most members are 1st gen NSX owners, but there's a growing group of NC1's that have joined as well...

Only thing I can imagine is that Acura doesn't want to be on the hook for unknown repair costs on their most expensive product. Maybe Acura US is able to offer an extended option because the NSX factory is in Ohio? Maybe it's too much of a hassle to ship it from Canada / boarder fees / customs...

That's bad luck! I know some people drive around without a plate, and just consider a ticket every now and then as part of the "NSX Tax"...the unfortunate cost of driving a flashy car...it gets attention, especially from police. Legally I don't believe you can get around not having a plate...
