Do you guys put your rentals inside of LLCs or do you just buy umbrella insurance and not worry about the LLC stuff? If you put them in an LLC, do you think a single member LLC is safe?

It will be interesting. I think you're right though. If anything, I bet the price on them goes up. In some respects the 2005 seems better. I've seem people push the 2005 engine over 1,000hp and take the GT way over 200mph. I wish they would drop under $70,000, but I doubt that will happen.

Depends on the definition of 'better'. It looks more exotic, but it will be a question mark as to whether it's faster, and I doubt the FGT will be more reliable. Hopefully the NSX 2.0 will be able to do 400,000 miles without major issues like the first ones and be able to be a good daily driver...

I agree. That is the elephant in the room. I get that you can make good hp with 6 or even 4 cylinders, but why? Why not do the same displacement, but with 8 or even 12 cylinders. It would make it sound so much better and it would have better appeal.

At first I wasn't sure about it, but it's grown on me fast. I like it a lot.

I'm curious how, from a technical point of view, they could fix the issue. I'm assuming a MPG and/or HP decrease will result in whatever they could do to lower the emissions and that in and of itself will be a class action lawsuit.

The Joe Rogan podcast is really good and he posts a lot of content. He has a mix of scientific guest, misc interesting guest, comedians, and of course some mma.

20 hours of traffic a week??? I would hope it's better money. Can you find a work from home job in your line of work and then just put in 20 hours of OT a week? Would be a lot less stress.

This is pretty bad. It sounds like the ECU could detect if there was smog testing equipment connected to the car and change the engine tune to put out 40% less smog during testing? Not good.... Not good.

What might be interesting is a survey of the owners in the 300,000 and 400,000 mile club and see what oil everyone used.

I think they're putting so much tech into cars to try to attract the new generation. There's a big percentage of teenagers who don't care about cars and don't want cars. They have no where to go, their life is on the internet. Turning a car into an iPhone accessory makes it cool to them.

I'll take it if no one else wants it.
