I don’t really see or hear a misfire. There is a little bit of sputter, but it doesn’t seem to be a misfire to me. I remember when my TL has a misfire (under load) it was a very noticeable jerk.

Sprint race qualifying was a crap shoot due to rain. Should make for an eventful race.

I read that Toro Rosso may be up for sale too. Probably more from an advertising perspective, but it seems a long time ago that Red Bull was 2 teams.

Is Williams becoming the leading candidate to be sold to Andretti Cadillac? Or is Alpine still the favorite?

Japan is in a couple of hours. Based on qualifying, the natural order is back with RB on top. Verstappen and Perez within a tenth and everybody behind. We shall see what comes of the race soon enough.

After watching the IndyCar All-Star race yesterday, I’m curious if any of the NSX family are part of the Thermal Club? My wife has a piece of land (weekend retreat) in Borrego Springs which is about 50 miles from Thermal, close enough to consider driving out to look.

I’ve added an ‘89 Airstream to my stable. That brings the number of aluminum vehicles to 3: an 80 Apache Popup, ‘89 Airstream and my 92 NSX. If I could find a tow rig for all of them, I’d be set!
