The site supports "flexible" SSL which used to be a reasonable compromise for user-generated content sites, but browsers are getting stricter. You can avoid the problem you're seeing by simply going to http://www.nsxprime.com/forum instead of https. Then it should just display the broken lock...

Some countries are blocked because they have a lot of malicious traffic and very little actual NSX owner traffic. If you want to post or e-mail me the country you are in I can probably unblock it for you. Sorry for the trouble!
