Where is the best place to get a car cover?

Got mine from Beverly Hills Motoring many years ago. Fits great. Has kind of a "bubble-wrap" type feel to it which may offer a bit more scuff protection than the stock oem cover.

    falsified VIN

Looks like something is rotten in Danville. Per the manual, there are three VIN locations, windshield, driver's door, and engine compartment as noted by vytas. The windshield plate should be engraved. The font used on wilsonp's plate is different from factory and the plate does not look like...

    Car Cover?

I have bought a number of covers from Beverly Hills Motoring. My present NSX cover is well made and fits snug.

    My car is wrecked

An "act of god" is not a legal defense for failure to exercise reasonable and prudent care. If the tree limb reasonably could have broken off in a storm and fallen, thereby causing personal injury or property damage, a good attorney should be able to prove this in court and collect damages...

    Nice 2002 NSX-T for sale

Is this the same vehicle, now with a salvage title? Anyone have a clue what this is all about?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1842656765

    Repainting the entire NSX

NSX paint coating technology is special because the base material is aluminum not steel. Aluminum is an impossible metal to coat with paint, unless special priming steps are taken before color is laid on the surface. Now, a complete repaint, that does not disturb the last factory gray prime...

Does $400 seem right for removal, sand, paint for front spoiler?

If they deliver what you state, $400 is a good price.

    Intergrated Control Circuit?

Andre is right on. The next candidate for failure analysis is the switch.

    Intergrated Control Circuit?

If the motor tries to run, but doesn't, that is a clue to start your diagnosis with it. Pull the power cable to the motor and put twelve volts to the motor terminals. The wipers should run normally.

I cannot believe the numbers on this NSX report

The review isn't that bad... The prices are wacko. It appears -- without running a calculation -- that they used some sort of straight line depreciation method with new car price as a basis. Meaningless.

    $35,000 Question

FN strikes again. Low freon = compressor working too hard = blown fuse.

    Instrument lights out

The name "Acura" on a dealership sign does not guarantee... anything. The fuse (15 amp) for the dash and console lights is number 38. It is located in the "relay box." This is a pentagon looking box on the passenger side of front compartment (where spare tire is). The dimmer amplifier --...

Trade my NSX for '02 M3!

Yeah, it's an obituary... however, we should allow a fellow nsx'er to say good-bye. Actually, we learn good stuff in these threads. The BMW M3 debacle is a screaming riot! Putting aside the pain the owners are feeling, an NSX devotee can scream with delight that this "pinnacle" of automotive...

    washing

I have a 400W halide in a 2 foot square reflector... Fantastic addition to my makeshift shop. At night when the garage door is open, you can play billards on the street... When the garage door is closed, the neighbors know I am working on my garden!
