Ok so far I have found that my car's starter is winding up or spinning but may not be turning the flywheel. I am getting plenty of voltage to the starter at 12.5 volts so I think that eliminates the main relay. I also bypassed the ignition switch to see if that was the problem like the last time...

I appreciate you doin that for me, I just opened up the solenoid and cleaned it out around all the contact points. My brother thought maybe the gear that engages the flywheel wasn't coming out far enough or something. He is pretty stumped himself. I will do a little digging also. Thanks a bunch!

Also my flywheel looks fine, maybe the gear isn't pushing out far enough to engage the flywheel?
