The lower Tein lineup (Flex included) rides like absolute trash. If you're looking for a budget coilover, go with BC. At least they can some what custom valve those coilovers to the spring rates.

A little late now since you got a new Pump assembly, but an s2000 retrofit works as well. Total cost is roughly 7-800 depending on how much you spend on a used S2000 ABS unit and where you get the hoses/lines.

Tighten it tighter. Honestly I’ve never seen people be so careful with their oil pan than the NSX crowd. I’ve done so many stamped steel pans on older civic and accords and never had much issue. I’ve always tightened it to “just right” in an opposite pattern.

No, I did not. Not sure if this response was for me but after tightening it the second time, it hasn't leaked since. Tightening the first time to just a slight bulge of the gasket made it leak.

I did not replace the gasket the second time I just tightened it since it was just changed. I don’t recall but I tightened the bolts using a 1/4 with a long extension so it wasn’t like I used a ton of torque. It bulged just a little more.
