I am considering using stock 16" rear wheel and oem tires to effectively decrease my gear ratio from my current 265/35/18's, but calculated the overall diameter would decrease by 4% only, which would increase my 15mph 2nd gear engine speed from 1516 to 1576, which doesn't seem significant enough...

I reused my top hats, allegedly the Kw's are smaller in diameter and don't fit snug with the oem top hats at all. I notice it only squeaks in colder weather (or evenings in CA).

Bilsteins are said (here as well) to be a noise free, comfortable and improved setup over stock. If I could do it all over again, I'd be tempted to go that route. That said, the Kw's are noisier when it's cold, but damn they're squeaky. My car is also pretty loud but when the roads are bumpy...

Thanks for the recommendations. Is it possible that older or worn out bushings cause the squeaking? If that's the case then can one just replace the oem bushings with a new set? Also iLift website appears to be down, I might have to reach out to him here.

My KWV3's were just installed and they squeak horrendously over minor bumps. Is the issue that my bushings are just old and need to be replaced, or do I need to replace the top hats with an iLift system or equivalent? Any recommendations stuntman?
