Well it has been a project but I think we are finally on the home stretch. We got the lights fitted up and working, now it just a matter of finishing the hood and bumper so everything looks like it was made to fit together. Between the springs, sway bars, aggressor wing, 02-rear valance, side skirts, new hood, 02 lights, margahills front bumper, rims, tires, tint, stereo. It has taken a toll on me, and now I am going through NSX withdraws. Just a word of advice no matter how long you think it will take to complete project just double it. I started this back in May and I thought it would be done in 2 months, now I am racing to get it done in less than 4 and still make it to NSXPO

That is an interesting setup!! Very unique!!

One the side note, what kind of lower front bumper do you have?

Thank you!! Look forward to seeing how everything turns out.

Can you take a close-up photo of one of the headlights with the hood up? I'd like to see what you had to do to the aluminum structure to make the headlight fit. I'm working on doing the same thing, but I'm using a 2002 hood, and the Comptech body kit. Thanks.

To answer your questions
The bumper is a Marga Hills I purchased from Science of Speed.
The fit of the bumper was horrible. There is some type of cross member bar on the front end and the shop had a hell of a time getting the bumper to fit over it. The work is being done by Vinny at All Car Services in Merrit Island Florida. He does great work and he has worked on all 3 of my previous NSX's. He is an NSX owner and specializes in repairing them so it is not at all uncommon to see 2-3 NSX's in his body shop at the same time.
I will contact him and see if he can post some of the challenges he ran into while doing this conversion. Hopefully he will have some insights that will help other members who may want to try a similar conversion in the future

I have since replaced the bumper with an 02 one.

The search buton helped, he he.

If I can modify my stock 92 bumper and hood, this should be doable.
