Mid-13s for a stock 5-speed is pretty typical. Give or take a few tenths for driver and whether a car is a little on the high or low end power-wise from the factory.
The only change they made on the 5-speeds that really affected 1/4 mile times was the addition of the -T in '95. That slowed them down a little due to the additional weight.

and different articule has different 0-60
time. just wondering what is the most accurate and general 0-60 time we are looking for?
