I don't have to worry about TCS in this car, so ratio doesn't matter (rear is a 275/30/19), but I am curious to see if this tire will physically fit in the front, or if its too large?

I have no experience with 18/19's, but my friend is using 225/35/18 in the front, and has no rubbing issues... this is an inch larger in diameter, 25.7" OD which matches the rear OD.

I've seen Widebodies go taller, but not stock bodies. Most I'd ever go is about 235/40/17 tall. 215/45/18 is super tall for the fronts.

Even if you don't have TCS, handling would suck, and most likely rub. Matter of fact people get rubbing before TCS issues most of the time.

There's about a 99% chance it won't fit. Your offsets on your wheels would have to work with the tires perfectly and even then it'll look really really bad (because the sidewall of the front tire will be much larger than the rear). To me, 225/35/18 looks off with a 275/30/19 because the sidewall proportions are off. Most of the time when people run the 225/35/18 in the front, the larger diameter causes the front to be higher than the rear (so the car kind of angles upward). A 215/45 would be even worse.

In short, don't do it.
