so I'm looking into purchasing as NSX and I came across this ad

The seller does not have the VIN listed on eBay and I had to acquire it only after calling him. He mentions the old 3.0 motor was swapped to a 3.2 but kept the 5-speed transmission from previous owner (from Texas) I know its a shot in the dark but wanted to see if the owner was ever once in here or if anyone knows of this vehicle and its history. Car is listed extremely low, and my mother has always told me, "If it's too good to be true, then it probably is"
The vehicle is nice but has been in lots of accidents (reported from CarFax)
Should I pull the trigger? Does anyone know this car's history?
