I have been searching for the perfect NSX for about ten months now. I am looking for a 97-up Spa Yellow and have the finances ready for it.
Years ago, I had the opportunity to purchase a 92 NSX for $18,000 or a 93 BMW 850ci for $21,000. I chose the V12 over the V6. I have enjoyed my BMW for some time and met many people through the BMW forums. I also have learned quite a bit about the 8-series and value. I recently sold the 93 and upgraded to a genuine 1995 850CSI. This CSI is #177 of 225 brought to the United States. It has almost 58,000 miles with full documentation and no "stories". I am selling it for $52,000. I can not get the part of owning an NSX out of my system. That is why I have posted this.
I realize that owners of NSX' s know what their cars are worth. I am not trying to "deal down" anyone; just as I hope the same for my BMW. If you or someone you know have a Spa Yellow NSX with no "history", good documentation, and are ready to try something different... lets talk.
