The dates are Wednesday-Sunday, November 6-10, and I believe the three track days are Friday-Sunday. I don't think anything more has been announced yet.
The NSXPO2002 committee just finished up a conference call on this tonight, and have another one planned for next week to finalize the schedule.
What Ken has outlined is correct... NSXPO is November 6-10. The 6th and 7th are "non-track" events, with the 8th-10th as track days. The details of the events for Nov. 6-7 are still being finalized... mostly just time scheduling things... the actual events have basically been decided on and we are currently negotiating contracts for some fun things.
Our plan is to have this stuff wrapped up very soon so that we can coordinate the postal mailings with American Honda to be in the mail in the next 4-5 weeks or so. I plan on getting the website up in the same timeframe. Look for another big "web unveiling" about the same time.
If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask them here and I'll do my best to ask. The format won't be much different than past NSXPO events, other than the "bonus" extra track day on Sunday.

Any idea which town/suburb of Dallas everyone will be staying? Is it on the North, East, South or West side of Dallas?

There will be a terrific deal at the headquarters hotel, which hasn't been announced yet. It's near Texas Motor Speedway, north of Fort Worth, which is one of the two track venues for the event. So I guess you could call it the far northwest side of Dallas.

Actually, the host hotel is in North Fort Worth. It is "The Westin Beechwood Ft. Worth", which is located just next to Texas Motor Speedway (I-35W at TX-114).
We have negotiated a group rate for the event of $90 per night... not bad for a four star resort hotel with a rack rate of $315 per night.
Full details will be in the NSXPO materials, which are being wrapped up this month.

Is there parking lot security? Seems like at that rate, there could be plenty of NSX's out in the lot that night.
You mean nights (as in four nights).
This is the sixth year we're holding NSXPO, with anywhere from 50 to 160 NSX in attendance each year. In the past, we have alerted hotel security as well as the local law enforcement to keep an eye on our cars. At a few locations where there was still a concern, we have hired a security guard to watch the cars. We've never had a security problem with overnight parking at any of the hotels.

Yes i meant nightS.. glad to know this issue has been addressed... Ill be there along with SNDSOUL, and I believe we may be having at least 4 more NSX owners who have all purchased their cars in the past year. See you all there!
