I have all maintenance records from my ownership.
Autowave in Huntington Beach, CA performed a full service at 26,155mi prior to my transporter picking up the vehicle from them.
Services included Timing Belt/Water Pump, Valve Cover Gaskets, full cooling system flush, brake fluid flush and more. I can send the full service list upon request.
Autowave is one of the top NSX service shops in the country and serviced this car on a regular basis at least 6yrs prior to me owning it. Feel free to reach out to them with any questions. According to them, this is one of the cleanest NSX's they have seen come into their shop.
New Tires March, 2016 @ 30,236mi. Excellent tread and fully aligned
New Secondary Air Pump replaced August, 2017
Literally nothing to do but start it up and drive.

1 of 3 Silver/Silver 2004 Automatic. Shows "custom" interior as Prime doesn't offer a Silver OEM option in the list.
I believe this is the last Automatic produced in the Tochigi Factory with the Vin ending in [URL=http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=1]#1 0[/URL] . There were only 11 Automatics built in 2004, leaving the 11th to be built in Suzuka facilities along with all the 2005 NSX's Automatic and Manuals.
The Tochigi Facilities is were approximately the 8,000+ previous NSX were built and released in the United States. The "4T" in the Vin indicates Tochigi Facilities, a Vin with a 4S are Suzuka built.
Purchased my NSX in March, 2015 where Autowave facilitated the sale through a private seller.
Car Fax prior to my ownership available upon request.
Car has never seen a single rain drop in my ownership. It is meticulously maintained, and put into storage from November-April (give or take) under an SOS cover and battery tender.
Local Chicago primers can attest to the condition of my NSX.
