Yes that's pretty crazy - you are close to being able to get a new Lexus LC 500 coupe in that realm. I understand that they aren't in the same niche of course but just trying to illustrate how expensive that is. It's a pity that the original target buyer for the Civic Type R likely won't be able to afford that type of mark-up.

a dealer local to me had one of the ring editions first at 70k then sold for 58..still a nice profit. There is a lot of cash right now looking for a home..someone payed nearly 2 mil for a 928 risky business car....really...
My daughter is finally employed full time after getting two masters and landing a special Ed teaching position so she wants to buy my current Benz (she is driving my older one now with 280k miles) so I am trying to get into a new DD pricing out an AMG GT. Trying to avoid going down the hybrid road as long as I can….
