245/35/18 vs 255/35/18

[RR RN]

Which one of these would be ideal for 18x8.5 rears ET45?

It looks like the 255/35/18s are on back order, so I might have to do the 245s.

With the width of 8.5 inch 245/35R18 would be ideal. Depending on the brand of tires 255 may look balloon to that width of wheel. Based on my own experience.
