Im ordering some wheels and i have the choice of 19.9.5 rear in a 35 or a 25 offset. Which do you think would look the most flush with the fender with the most lip? Thanks guys.

I have 19x10.5" and an ET31 sits PERFECT, so the smaller 9.5" with a ET25 would/should sit exactly the same, heres how mine looks from behind and its VERY low.
i have 18x8 et36 with a 215/35-18 and 19x10.5 et31 with a 275/30-19. IMO the 275 is WAY too skinny for the 10.5" the 295 would fit it better, but im going to go down to a 10" rim with the 275, should fit nicely. The wheel i want in back is only a 35offset, so ill run a small 5mm spacer if need be to keep the flush look.
Im running Tein coilovers and its LOW, like you have to drive car up onto a step of 2 2x12" boards (raise car 4") and even then sliding the snap on jack under it is VERY close/almost hits side skirts. But i drive like an old lady in a car.
Here is mine with a 19x9.5" +23 effective offset (I say "effective" because there is 6mm of spacer installed):
+25 will put the rim 2mm inward from this. So it'll basically look the same as here. . .
BTW, DEFINITELY make sure the rear caliper will clear the back part of the spokes. If you end up getting a +25 and need to run a spacer, you're kind of screwed. I ordered mine slightly less aggressive and had to run 6mm of spacer to clear the brake caliper (picture shown above has the spacer installed).
