So it was my surprise when I recieved one of each. Being really ticked off I call and ask what is going on. They say there has been a mistake and I will recieve the rest of my order. Then I get an email a couple of days later.

We have contacted our warehouse regarding the missing items on your
recent order, Order Number: 65110277. We apologize for the confusion,
however have been informed that these items are shipped as individual
items, not as a case. Unfortunately, to receive more, a new order will
need to be placed. If you wish to return what you have received for a
refund, please relpy to this email and we will provide an RMA number for the return.

So I call back and the sales rep says to disregaurd that email and they are still shipping my order. Well today I get notice they have no intention of filling the order. They have now changed there web page as well. Except similiar products are still priced the same.

I am really pissed and have no idea what to do other than report them to my credit card company for fraud.

Call your credit card company to determine the appropriate process to place the erroneous charge in dispute. Typically, the formal process is to write a letter to your credit card company identifying the erroneous charge (thereby placing that amount in dispute) and stating with particularity the circumstances surrounding the dispute. You normally don't have to pay the charge pending the CC company's investigation. In the rare instances I've had to resort to this, the CC company has always backed out the charge. 3M is a large and generally reputable company - I would suspect incompetence rather than fraud.

I would agree with you if I didn't hold a receipt that says sold as case. As well as being told by the sales rep that the price posted was for a case not a single item. This is kind of like buying a car paying for it then the company asking you for more money before you drive it off the lot. As far as I remember bait and switch was considered fraud.

After spending time on the phone with these people, all I can say is they are very unprofessional and have no idea what they are selling.

You may want to think twice before purchaseing anything from them off the internet. You may not receive what you originally thought you were paying for.

Never heard from them again. Expect this type of customer service when dealing with them. So today I submit to my CC to have charges removed. We will see how that goes.
