5 speed weight

Can anyone give me an accurate weight of a 5 speed transmission on it's own.

Just trying to organise some shipping quotes.

Anybody know the weight of a six speed for comparison? Also the weight of the dual disc clutch / flywheel compared to the later single disc / heavy dual mass flywheel?
