A-arms not symetrical?

While installing the rear beam mono-balls and toe-links, I noticed that my left lower A-arm about 5" behind the front attachment point has a strange flattened area that is unlike the right side. Anyone else notice this? I HOPE it's normal. I would hate to think I have a misforged part. Thanks!

Very strange I hadn't noticed this before. I did search, the search on this site sucks. Im surprised they didn't fix this. I think can feel the car lean to the left, or maybe it's just my shorter left leg. Thanks Doc
