A fellow member can't post on prime

Hi

I've met this owner from a local event and He's unable to post on prime.

This is the messages he got.

He changed his registered e-mail address and did not reactivate his account. I just had the system send him another e-mail with a reactivation link. If he does not see the e-mail, tell him to check his spam folder.
