I noticed my front tires were wearing faster than my rears, so I looked around for an alignment shop. Found Allen Tire Company in North Santa Ana. They have a relatively new machine and really paid attention to what I wanted. The guys understood how the car was set up and what I wanted to change. Since I don't drive it hard enough I am not seeing relatively even front tire wear. So we backed off on the toe and camber. The best part is it cost $49.00! I have had many cars that were particularly difficult, example Lexus GS400 lowered with bilstein shocks. Most shops could now properly align the rear. I ended up having to take it to Lexus. The NSX on the other hand seems to be relatively easy to set. Anyway this shop is located at 2401 North Tustin Ave. Santa Ana, CA 92705, 714-542-5673. Once they align your car their system retains your measuremts.

good to know, thanks.

looks like we have very similar setup, I've got the Ltuned on my GS430, and have been getting alignment every 3 months to avoid tire wear.

GS 430

I was unable to prevent excessive tire wear on my GS 400. I had the dealer set the alignment two or three times and still I had bad tire wear due to the camber being at the edge. Everytime I took it to a shop other than lexus, they would loosen the rear camber adjustment and then it would pop out. I would limp back to lexus where they would take it apart and put it back together. I finally go a good alignment that lasted for about 9 months when I sold the car. I went to a lexus/toyota dealer in Ventura. The guy understood why my tires were wearing and was able to adjust the camber and toe to virtually eliminate the wear. Thank goodness the acura is easy to adjust. Of course I have not lowered this car and probably will not.
