I read that it should be clear without any bubble for a full system when it is on. However, my newer Scion has bubbles and the AC works well and cold. My NSX has a little bubbles, and it's still reasonably cold. Don't quite remember how cold it is suppose to be, but probably less so than the newer cars.
Is the sight glass useful? If so, what is the proper procedures to use the dryer sight glass (NA1) to see if the freon is low in the system?
