AC Turns On When Starting Engine and Won't Turn Off at times

So I had my AC fixed by the guy here on forum (i forgot his name) a few years ago and my AC worked like it was new. Lately, when I turn on the engine, the AC would just go off on its own and I can't seem to turn it off unless I turn off the engine and start it back up again. Once, it turned off after a few minutes while I was driving.

Anyone come across this problem? Is it time for the AC to get fixed by the guy again? Or do I need to see Acura? Please advise. Thanks in advance!

You mean the ac compressor goes on?
