Currently I have H&R springs on my NSX but it's not lowered enought for me. Is there such a clamp down kit to help me get lowered?

Thanks for your input!

H&R's are already pretty low. Clamp down kit ?:confused: You could get a set of bilsteins and use the lower perch. I dont know if I would lower it that much though as it will most likely negatively effect the handling.

It was lowered at first until I did weight reduction on her. I'm just trying to find the easy way to lower an inch or so without going with different setup.

I have eibah springs on mine with the stock suspension and it looks GREAT!!

couple of options...

1. cut one coil off of the H&R

2. go with the Bilsteins

3. switch to coilovers

4. buy a bag (or two, depending how low you want to go) of cement and put one in your trunk and another under the hood

I'd go with option 3 to get the most flexibility

If you want to keep your H & R springs go with Bilstein shocks on the lower perch. You'll get an additional ~0.875" drop.

I'm not sure how low you are now but Dali progressive springs drop 1.25" by themselves. You might want to go with them or use them with the Bilsteins for a ~2" drop (which I wouldn't recommend).

ive cut lowered springs before, as long as they are one of the "dead" coils at the very bottom of the spring.. i dont know if i would go that route with an nsx though.... doesnt ground control make a slip on kit for our suspension... i could have swore ive seen one before.. that would probably be the best remedy other than a complete coilover kit.. my .02$

Cheapest route is with bilstein and a great mod too next to coilovers. Will it affect the handling negatively? I really don't think so. My car is a lot planted on the ground with less of a body roll. It is noticeably stiffer than stock but its not jarring.

I have H&R and Bilstein on lower perch. here's a pic just so you can see how it looks.

No rubbing on 17/18 wheels.

I love my setup but I will upgrade to coilovers. If I didn't have Bilsteins already, I would've gone straight to coilovers but no complaints here.

Hope this helps..
