Air to Air Intercooler setups

Please post a pic of your Air to Air intercooler setup.

I'm considering above engine with the NSX-RGT snorkel to feed the air supply
or
a trunk/boot mounted intercooler similar to the Esprit NSX with a scoop on the trunk/boot lid

This is for a dedicated track car.

any reason you are avoid air/water? no loss of rearward visibility, tried and true, etc

There's a fair bit of weight with all the components in an air to water setup.

You won't get enough air flow with the snorkel.

The esprit setup will work right.

You are correct that the ATW will add weight to the system with a heat exchangers, hoses, pump, core and fluid. But the gain in intake air heat reduction will certainly help mitigating your ECU pulling timing due to excessive IAT's. And your engine will thank you for running cooler and hopefully longer. You will gain power with lower IAT's and longetivity.

I wondered what the airflow would be like on the esprit nsx trunk scoop, thought that would be a low pressure area?
anyone have some CFD Info?
