Just had alignment done today.

Does this spec sheet look ok? The car is for 100% street use only, so I went with more conservative setting.

It also rained after I had alignment done, first time driven NSX in rain, so I did not really had chance test the new setting yet. Turning at normal speed felt just like before.

However I did took a high speed 90 degree right turn a block away from home at a very empty and safe spot just to see how the car felt, major understeer, front end broke loose, slid in 45% angle. Could be a combination of wet road + worn front tires (fronts are worn on the outside, been flipped, rear tires are new, matching front Toyo T1-S still on back order from manufacture).

Looks fine for street use. Is your car stock height or lowered? Based on the camber readings, it looks to be stock height.

Front toe and camber looks good for less tire wear while keeping some turning response in there (I normally run a little more toe - for example 1.5mm to 1.8mm). Your caster is 8.0 and 7.9 and stock is 8.0, so thats good. Toe on the rear is fine for less tire wear. There is a R/L camber difference on the rear. You might want to see if they can get them to match up. The rear camber difference is not far off, but if they can make them match you will get similar tire wear on both tires, vs. the left tire wearing out sooner.

Thanks so much for the feedback. The car is lowered slightly with lowering springs, 1" rear and .75" front.

Looks fine.
I wouldn't worry about .3 of a degree difference from side to side on the rear camber. On a Hunter machine, like the one they did your alignment with, it is so sensitive tiny just grabbing the wrench and shaking it to get it off could change it a tenth of a degree or so.
