We're almost done packing for our annual winter pilgrimage to NY to be with my wife's family at Christmas. Fortunately, I am blessed with awesome inlaws because while I hate the cold something fierce, I love spending time with my family. Great people, one and all.

The downside is that our nickname for my inlaws is "the Flintstones" because I'm pretty sure they're the only people left in the continental Unites States without a computer and therefore no internet access. Hey, they only got cable last year. Can you believe that? And they only did that after moving out of Queens and up to Monroe so that my father in law could get the Mets games!

So, I'm off of Prime for a little over a week and I thought I'd take a moment to wish everyone a happy holiday season.

Many thanks to everyone who puts blood, sweat, tears and money into Prime making it such a great place for all of us NSX enthusiasts. It's a great place because of the people but it wouldn't be anything without the folks behind the scenes. My thanks.

The happiest of holidays to you and yours. Health, happiness, and prosperity in the New Year!

Mele Kalikimaka from the Asis ohana to my NSX ohana.

See you in 2007!

The inlaws finally moved out of Queens about 5 years ago to a small town named Monroe. It's near Harriman and the Woodbury Commons outlets (every NYer I've ever met seems to know where that is), not too far from West Point.

But I know we're in Manhattan for one day and night and definitely into Long Island and Queens to visit with family. We do this trip every Christmas (and usually once during the summer). Part of a promise to my wife to ease a born and bred NYers fears about living full time on the "wrong" coast.

I moved out of Queens when I was 11 and dont miss it one bit. Happy to be living in NJ:biggrin:
