Another Example of Primer Member Generosity & Helpfulness

I was participating in the “20 October ALMS - Laguna Seca” thread when the subject of club radios came up. In one of my posts I was inquiring as to what type of radio and where to buy. Another Primer – 9doors - observed that I was looking for a radio. Since he was also looking for a radio, he proceeded to purchase three radios on E-bay, one of which he offered to me. The price was great and 9doors did all the work. Well, it happens that I’m currently working near 9doors and the transfer was very convenient. However, 9doors generosity did not stop there. He burned the owner’s manual on a disk, and set the radio to the club’s frequency and programmed a couple other settings. I now have a Motorola in good condition and ready to go, and I did not have to do anything but drive a short distance and hand over a few dollars. Every Primer that I have met at the various club and independent get-togethers and drives since I bough my car last October has been very friendly and helpful. This is truly a great club, oh, and the cars are not bad either,
