Another remote/fob programing question

I know this has been talked about but I found no clear answer. I have no working remotes to this car but I have 2 that are not for this car. Can they be programed or not? I tried the key on/off method but it didnt work. Any suggestions?

I found the answer to my question so I thought I would share incase anyone else is wondering as I have seen this many times.
04 and 05 can be programed. 91-03 can not as the "brain" can not learn new codes.
