I have been flying a lot lately. My last flight last month really did it to my ear pressure. I cant' release both of my ear pressure. I tried holding my nose, and blow out of my ears to pop...nothing. I tried nasal decongestion both the spray and pills...nothing. I searched on google, the answer seems to be the same. Anything alternate technique from our finest Doc in the house can suggest? .............anyone ever experience this for a long time?

sounds like Eustachian tube dysfunction ...can take a while to resolve...1. nasal steroid spray 2. decongestants 3. antihistamines (only if you suspect allergies as the cause) 4. "swallow and chew" - chewing gum, yawning, ect 5. self inflation exercises - try to take a deep breath hold ur nose and mouth close and try to force air through the Eustachian tubes to see if you can pop the tubes....

Yes...I have done all these already and nothing!! it's very annoying. I even submerged myself in a tub full of hot water.
