Any web designer / developer in Socal?

I'm a freelance designer and my client projects are growing and I'm getting alittle overwhelmed with the work load. Looking for somebody with experience in web designing and have done e-com sites. I do not have time to train, basically...we will work together as a team to complete various projects. I need you to be alittle more advance than just MS Frontpage, I also need you to have alittle sense of creativetly so I don't have to explain over and over. Art directions will be all provided in details and you will be compesated well as long as you can delivery on the due date(s) assigned. No BS please, I have clients that will not hesistate to take the project to court if we cannot deliver on certain dates.
