anyone adjust the windows?

i just installed a drivers side window regulator, and the window doesn't go down as smoothly as it should (kinda binds). I have the shop manual and adjusting the window looks like one of those things where it makes sense, but it's just a major pain to do. Can anyone offer any insight into this? thanks....

yeah, i still have my m3...it's my track car since it's bordering on not-very-practical...roll bar, racing bucket, supercharger...so i had to get something a little more practical...like an NSX!
