Yes we get togther from time to time here in Raleigh. John (99NSX) and Russ(shiraz) have been doing a good job of building up the local network here in town. Typically something will be posted in this forum when we do in fact get togther.

Thanks ONE RED, i wish i were there. I saw some of your pics and it looked like you had plenty of RED. My son and I volunteered at the Ferarri SE event in downtown Greenville on Saturday. They invited me for the ride through the parkway but I had other plans in the am. Did you see the 60 plus Ferarris this weekend?
Charlotte is good for me in mid October. Don't know what to do though???

Let's pick the ball up and make plans.

Just an idea for what to do and its associated with basketball. Duke plays Davidson at Charlotte Bobcats Arena on December 1st. Larger venue is needed since Davidson probably won't hold all wanting to attend.

Davidson is a preseason pick at #24 in the nation. They made their first NCAA appearance last year and have all returning players. The game is at 1200. The ticket price is $25.00 because this is considered a home game for Davidson. Try finding that price to see a Duke basketball game at Duke.

The game is at 1200. We could meet in a predesignated area of their parking lot, which I have never been so I don't know what's available, before the game, watch what hopes to be an entertaining game. Others familiar with Charlotte could recommend a place for dinner.
