are custom avatars still avalible?

I made a GIF file and e-mailed it off and can't figure out what I did wrong,can't seem to find it in the profile section?Any advice?

How long ago did you email it? I sent mine about 2-3 weeks ago, and it just now went through.

If it's been more than 2-3 weeks, make sure you followed the custom avatar directions properly as stated in this thread:
